- Download the FileZilla software: http://filezilla.fr/
- Create a connection with the provided credentials
- File / Site Manager / New Site
- Host: ftp.cb4x.fr
- Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
- Port: 2222
- Logon Type: Account
- Account: the name of your store
- User, Password: provided by email
- Click on Connect
